非晶是一種新型軟磁合金材料,它采用國際先進的超急冷技術將熔融金屬以每秒百萬度的速度直接冷卻,形成厚度為25±2μm的非晶體薄帶,得到原子排列組合上具有短程有序,長程無序特點的非晶合金組織,在微觀結構上完全不同于傳統的金屬和合金材料。因此,在物理性能、化學性能、機械性能等諸多方面具有傳統金屬材料無可比擬的優異特性。另外,在制備工藝方面也完全不同于傳統的治金工藝,由鋼液一步制成非晶薄帶,省去了傳統治金工藝中的鑄、鍛、中間退火、軋制等多道工序,節省了大量能源,且無污染物排放,非晶合金被譽為環保、節能、高效的新型綠色材料
